Late-Breaking Abstract Submissions

The FENS Forum gives neuroscientists the opportunity to share exciting new research, get feedback from peers and engage with thousands of delegates from across the globe. In order for the most recent research findings to have a chance to be presented in the Forum 2026, FENS is opening a new abstract call for Late-Breaking Science.

Important:

  • Late-Breaking abstracts must present new insights and results.
  • Accepted abstracts will be located in the dedicated Late-Breaking abstract section within the poster area.
  • Confirmed speakers and Chairs who have been automatically registered by FENS require a specific submission procedure. Please contact fensforum_registration@kit-group.org for instructions.
  • Abstracts will only be considered for inclusion in the final scientific programme if the presenting author is fully registered and has completed payment for their registration and abstract submission fee.
  • For payments made by bank transfer, proof of payment must be sent to fensforum_registration@kit-group.org by 27 April 2026.
  • Abstracts must be submitted by the presenting author. Only one abstract may be submitted per presenting author.
  • The presenting author must attend the Forum in person. Remote participation is not available.
