Beschreibung: 
The meeting aims to establish and organise the jNWG. We will create task groups to:

• connect student, PhD and Postdoc neuroscientists
• offer career advancement workshops
• establish our own jNWG conference
• publish short articles in Neuroforum & online
• start outreach activities, e.g. in schools

We are grateful for the support by special guests who will share background knowledge and career advice with us:
• Esther Kühn (postdoc at IKND Magdeburg): science communication
• Matthias Prigge (group leader at LIN): career development - a group leader’s perspective
• Stefan Remy (DZNE Bonn): career development - a director’s perspective
